“Neftchi Sports Club\u201d has always been
\none of the country’s leading sports organizations. Keeping leadership is
\nperhaps harder than winning it. So, as our club understands this
\nresponsibility, it has always been in search of innovations and has come up
\nwith new ideas.”Neftchi Sports Club\u201d, which plays an
\nimportant role in Azerbaijani sports and combines 35 sports, is of particular
\ninterest to the development of football, which is considered to be the king of
\nsport. Undoubtedly, it is not possible to imagine this popular sport apart from
\nkids\u2019 football. Not accidentally, kids\u2019 football is considered to be the
\nbackbone of this sport on every side of the globe. Taking into account all
\nthis, our club has put the development of kids\u2019 football into one of its top
\npriorities. That’s why experienced professionals and category coaches working
\nin child football have been involved in this. The club regularly conducts
\nselective meetings, selecting talented children and teenagers, and attracting
\nteams on different age groups.At present, under the leadership of 22
\ntrainers, at the “Neftchi Sports Club\u201d, more than 250 children and teenagers
\nacquire the secrets of football. It should be noted that our club is
\nrepresented at the highest level in all leagues of low age groups organized by
\nAFFA.The work done to achieve the goal,
\nregular work, planned and thought-out measures are already showing itself. So,
\nour U-12 team participated in the training camp held in Trabzon, Turkey, from
\n18 to 26 December last year, in parallel participated four friendly matches.
\nThe players who have shown great persistence have won all the matches with a
\nvictory. Our representatives have won by Trabzonspor, Ortahisar, Yolspor and
\nSoyugsuspor teams 4: 1, 5: 3, 6: 0 and 11: 3 respectively. This, of course, is
\na great success and is a clear manifestation of our club’s commitment to child
\nfootball.On January 17, “Neftchi Sports Club\u201d
\nimplemented another great project for the development of this field. The next
\nMass Football Festival was held in Garadagh Training Base, located in Lokbatan
\nsettlement. The event attended by more than 150 children was held in high
\nfestive mood and caused their overwhelming joy.The main goal of the project is to
\nincrease the socioeconomic status of the football, to organize the leisure time
\nof children and adolescents, to promote interest in football and other sports,
