The main purpose of the competition were health protection of oil, gas and chemical industry workers, organization of their leisure time, as well as, assistance to large-scale spread of mini-football and grand celebration of the 28th May \u2013 Republic Day. As a rule, the teams, which occupying first two places in each subgroup, would gained qualify for the final stage. From “A\u201d group- “Bahar Energy\u201d Operating Company and “28 May\u201d OGPD; “B\u201d Group – “Neftgastikinti\u201d Trust and SOCAR Petroleum Close Joint Stock Company; “C\u201d Group – “Surakhani Oil\u201d Operating Company and “Gas Export\u201d Department; “D\u201d Group – Carbamide Plant and Information Technology and Communications Department promoted to the semifinal. At the semifinal, “Bahar Energy\u201d Operating Company won “Gas Export\u201d Department (2:1) and “Surakhani Oil\u201d Operating Company won SOCAR Petroleum Close Joint Stock Company (5:1). At the match for third place, SOCAR Petroleum Close Joint Stock Company won “Gas Export\u201d Department (3:1). In the final, “Surakhani Oil\u201d Operating Company faced with “Bahar Energy\u201d Operating Company and “Surakhani Oil\u201d Operating Company became the winner.So, “Surakhani Oil\u201d Operating Company took the first, “Bahar Energy\u201d Operating Company the second and SOCAR Petroleum Close Joint Stock Company the third places.In addition,”Neftchi Sports Club\u201d had also founded prizes on “the best player”, “the most productive player” and “the best goalkeeper” nominations.
