“Neftchi Sports Club\u201d held a
\nvolleyball tournament among the oil, gas and chemical industry workers. The
\ntournament was organized in the Gym Complex operating under the club. In the
\ntournament 7clubs took part in 2 groups. The tournament, which lasted from
\nNovember 21 to 25, the following teams took part in the tournament: A group –
\n“Boss Shelf”, “Gas Export” Department, “28 May”
\nOGPD, “Oil and Gas” Trust; B group- Information Technology and
\nCommunications Department, “Absheronneft” OGPD and the Transportation
\nDepartment.The main goal of the
\ntournament was protection of the health of oil, gas and chemical industry
\nworkers, the continuation of their physical training and mass sports skills,
\nthe development of the popularization of physical culture among oil workers and
\nrecruitment of the teams for the Republican Spartakiade.The decisive final match of
\nthe tournament “Boss Shelf\u201d won Information Technology and Communications
\nDepartment and became the winner of the tournament (2:0). Information
\nTechnology and Communications Department took the second and “Gas Export\u201d
\nDepartment took the third place.The top three teams in the
\ntournament were awarded by “Neftchi Sports Club\u201d with diplomas and valuable
