On 3 August, in
\nthe Garadagh Sports Training Base the next annual seminar of football coaches
\nhas started with the support of the club. The seminar will be held until June 7
\nand the main purpose of the seminar is better preparation of the coaches in
\nterms of methodological, the development of their football skills and
\nassistance to formation of a high level training and the training of young
\ntalented players.The manager of
\nmass physical culture of “Neftchi Sports Club\u201d Akif Mammadov welcomed the
\nparticipants of the seminar on behalf of the head of administration Sadig
\nSadigov and wished them success in the 2016\/2017 football season. He talked
\nabout the importance of training of the good, strong players in different age
\ngroups. The club official said that, Kids Soccer School will continue to
\ndevelop in the new season and the trainings will be held at the highest level.The specialist of
\nmass physical culture of the club Karim Aghayev also talked about the
\nimportance of junior football and the methodology for the selection and removal
\nof minor football players. He showed examples of the identification of the
\ntalents among kids and their protection and advised coaches to use it.In the event the
\nparticipants took part very actively in theoretical and practical sessions, as
\nwell as answering the questions. At the seminar different topics had become a
\nsubject of discussion. And the main theme was about “The 4:3:3 System in Modern
\nFootball, learning and applying it in the games\u201d. The head coach of the club on football
\nMaharram Hasanov gave detailed information to the participants about the
\nexisting systems, as well as classification and philosophy of the 4: 3: 3
\nSystem. The theoretical and practical trainings was held on the topics of the
\ncreation of triangles, diagonal passes, one-touch passes, “Wall
\npassing”, circular cross-country running, dribbling, decisions on attack
\nof defenders and midfielders, consolidation, organizing attacks from flanks and
\netc.Note that, the
\nseminar participants will continue discussions and exchange of experience on
