On 10thSeptember World Chess Federation (FIDE) has announced the names of Chess
\nplayers, which will face in the first round of the World Cup, starting in Baku.
\nIn the tournament all of the strongest
\nchess players of the world willparticipate with the exception of world
\nchess champion Norwegian Magnus Carlsen and ex world champion Indian
\nViswanathan Anand.From intellects of
\n“Neftchi\u201d Sports Club – Teymur Rajabov, Eltaj Safarli and Vasif Durarbayli will
\nrepresent our country in the tournament, which 128 chess players will
\nrepresent. In the first round Teymur Rajabli will face to Samuel Sevian(USA), Vasif Durarbayli will face to Le Guang
\n(Vietnam) and Eltaj Safarli will face to Ksaba Balog (Hungary).The winner will be set according
\nto the results of the party and will qualify for the next round. Only players,
\nwho will compete in the final, will face 4 times. The World Cup winner and
\nfinalist will have right to participate in the tournament of the plaintiffs, in
\n2016. If at the end of the both parties results are draw, the competitors will
\nplay two parties with 25+10 time control. If the result is still a draw, 2
\nparties (10+10) will be played, and then more 2 parties will be played (5+3).
\nIf after this, will not be gained an advantage, and then decisive party will be
