The sportsmen of
\n“Neftchi Sports Club\u201d have successfully completed the first half of the year.
\nOur athletes have achieved great results by participating in competitions at
\nvarious levels during the six months of 2015.By demonstrating great
\ndetermination and professionalism both in national and international
\ncompetitions the graduates of the club won total of 1040 medals, 416 of them
\nbeing gold, 272 silver and 352 bronze medals. Our sportsmen won 16 medals (6
\ngold, 5 silver, 5 bronze) at the First European Games, 45 medals (24 gold, 11
\nsilver, 10 bronze) at the world competitions, 59 medals ( 21 gold, 7 silver, 31
\nbronze) atEuropean competitions and 146
\nmedals (56 gold, 43 silver, 47 bronze) at international competitions. Representatives of the club, who received 330
\nmedals at national competitions(150 gold, 74 silver, 106 bronze) have taken
\nhonorary places 261 times (107 gold, 78 silver, 76 bronze) at the competitions
\nin the capital and 183 times (52 gold, 54 silver, 77 bronze) at other
\ncompetitions.So, in terms of the
\nnumber of the medals won in the firsthalf of this year “Neftchi\u201d
\nSports Club continues its leadership among sports organizations operating in
