Haji Aliyev, a three-time world and four-time European champion, emerged victorious in the semifinals against Albanian representative Islam Dudayev with a score of 6:3, securing his third consecutive Olympic qualification. It&#8217;s worth noting that Haji Aliyev won a bronze medal in Rio 2016 and a silver medal in Tokyo 2020. Turan Bayramov, on the other hand, defeated Italian representative Frank Chamizo, a two-time world and four-time European champion, in the semifinals. The match ended in an 8:8 draw.
