The main goal of the three-day seminar is to better prepare coaches methodologically, improve their football knowledge, help organize training at a modern level<br>and, as a result, to achieve the training of talented young footballers.<br>The director of the \u201cNeftchi Sports Club\u201d Children&#8217;s Football School, Maharram Hasanov, spoke to the seminar participants about the importance of children&#8217;s football and methods for identifying talents among young children.<br>Then, FIFA referee Aliyar Agayev spoke and provided the seminar participants with detailed information about the new rules of the game, as well as players&#8217; clothing, yellow and red cards, fouls, free kicks (procedures), and answered various questions from the coaches.<br>At the next stage of the seminar, discussions were held about various systems.
