A swimming competition was held among employees of SOCAR\u2019s enterprises and joint ventures, jointly organized by the \u201cNeftchi\u201d Sports Club and the Social Development Department. The tournament took place at the pool of the \u201cAstoriya\u201d Fitness & Spa Center, where nearly 50 participants from 11 teams competed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The competition was conducted separately for men and women in the freestyle category, including individual, team, and mixed team events. The oil workers competed in the 50-meter distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main purpose of the tournament was to determine the lineup of SOCAR\u2019s national swimming team to participate in the nationwide competitions organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Athletes who placed first, second, and third in the individual and team events were awarded diplomas, medals, and valuable commemorative gifts by the \u201cNeftchi\u201d Sports Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
