Samira Jafarova (Social Development Department) came in second, and Amaliya Seyidova (\u201cAzerkimya\u201d Production Association) came in third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the men\u2019s competition, Ali Abbasov (Training, Education and Certification Department) surpassed all his rivals.
