The competition, which took place at the Ministry of Emergency Situations\u2019 \u201cRescuer\u201d Sports and Health Center, brought together 554 athletes representing 70 clubs and sports organizations from the capital and various regions of the country competing for medals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Athletes of the \u201cNeftchi\u201d Sports Club won a total of four medals, including two gold and two bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the girls\u2019 competition, Lamiya Rzayeva (33 kg) and Esmanur Azayeva (47 kg) emerged victorious in all their bouts and were crowned Azerbaijan champions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the boys\u2019 division, Ahmad Murvatov (33 kg) and Umud Shahbazov (37 kg) secured bronze medals, finishing in third place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should also be noted that the taekwondo athletes of the \u201cNeftchi\u201d Sports Club placed third in the overall team standings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Junior Taekwondo Championship has been held.
