Lamiya Valiyeva won two gold medals in the 100 meters (12.07 seconds) and 200 meters (24.25 seconds) events. Bulbul Babayev also secured gold in the high jump with a clearance of 1.85 meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ismail Aliyev finished first in both the shot put (17.24 meters) and discus throw (50.17 meters) events. Lala Jeniyeva earned a gold medal in the women\u2019s discus throw (40.95 meters) and a bronze medal in the hammer throw (25.35 meters).
