A festive event dedicated to June 1 \u2013 International Children\u2019s Day was held at the territory of the Qala State Historical-Ethnographic Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organized by the Administration of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, and supported by Neft\u00e7i Sports Club and ADA Primary School, the celebration turned into a vibrant and joyful space filled with a festive atmosphere for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the day, children participated in a wide range of entertaining games, sports competitions, and musical performances, enjoying both recreational activities and interactive engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within specially organized sports, competition, and creative zones at the reserve, children tested their abilities in mini-football, basketball, penalty shootouts, and chess tournaments, as well as participating in team-based reaction games. In addition, face painting, ball decorating, and handicraft workshops attracted great interest, allowing children to express their imagination freely. The festive spirit was further enhanced by performances from animators, stilt walkers, a DJ set, an exhibition of handmade works, and live orchestral music. A designated catering area also provided children with their favourite festive treats throughout the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well-known athletes attending the event, representatives of Neft\u00e7i Sports Club\u2014including Olympic, world, and four-time European judo champion Hidayat Heydarov, and three-time world and four-time European freestyle wrestling champion Haji Aliyev\u2014met with the children, took commemorative photos, participated in an autograph session, and shared motivational advice with them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
