She also secured the silver medal in the shot put with a throw of 10.06 metres. Another of our female athletes, Margarita Gornostayeva, finished third in the women\u2019s javelin throw with a distance of 17.12 metres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the men\u2019s competition, Ibrahim Bandarli claimed the silver medal in the shot put with a throw of 11.13 metres, while Mikhail Gornostayev earned silver in the javelin throw with a mark of 20.10 metres.
