The association serves as a bridge between the international sports media, athletes, and sponsors, while also organizing meetings and seminars for aspiring sports journalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, AIPS brings together representatives from 130 countries around the world. Azerbaijan, one of the association\u2019s active members, hosted the 77th AIPS Congress in 2014 to mark the organization\u2019s 90th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all sports journalists working in Azerbaijan and wish them continued success and many new achievements in their professional careers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 2 is observed as International Sports Journalists\u2019 Day.
