A seminar was held for judo coaches at the Sumgayit Training and Sports Hall of the “Neftchi” Sports Club. The event, led by the club’s head coach for this sport, Tarlan Poladli, involved an exchange of views on the organization, conduct and methodology of training in order to further increase the effectiveness of training. The training process consisted of theoretical and practical parts. During the seminar, questions of interest to the participants were answered, and a number of tricks were visually demonstrated. Recommendations were given on compiling a general training program at the seminar organized for coaches of the Sumgayit branch of the “Neftchi” Sports Club.
