The football team of the “Neftchi” Sports Club, consisting of fourteen-year-olds, continues its successful performance in the Azerbaijan Championship organized by AFFA. Today, within the framework of the VI round of the second group stage of the playoffs, our representative faced the “Shirvansaray” team. The match, organized at the “Record Arena”, was held under the clear advantage of Araz Aliyev’s team and ended with a 7:1 victory for our team.
It should be noted that our U-14 team scored 112 goals and conceded 7 goals in 15 games (15 wins) in the first group stage of the championship, while in the second group stage of the playoffs it scored 26 goals and conceded 8 goals in 6 games (5 wins, 1 draw) and is currently the leader of the tournament table with 16 points.
