Today is International Children’s Day.

On June 1, 1950, at the International Conference of Women organized by the UN General Assembly, it was decided to dedicate June 1 to the protection of children. Since then, that day has gone down in history as International Children’s Day.

As in most countries of the world, today is also celebrated in Azerbaijan.

In our country, all conditions have been created for children to grow up as healthy, well-rounded children worthy of the Motherland. Of course, children’s rights are one of the most important and integral parts of human rights. Children are our future, and the future of the country is in their hands.

Happy holiday, dear children!
