The U-14 regional judo championship for the Northern region was held. A total of 62 judokas (55 boys, 7 girls) from 9 clubs, including Gusar, Guba, Khachmaz, Shabran, and Siyazan, competed in the tournament. The competition took place at the Khachmaz Olympic Sports Complex, where the winners and medalists were determined in 11 weight categories.

Judokas from the “Neftchi” Sports Club’s Siyazan branch also showcased their skills in the tournament. Among the Northern representatives, Yusif Hasanov (42 kg) won all his matches and claimed the gold medal. Nurlan Huseynov (38 kg) and Pasha Yusifzade (60 kg) secured second place, while Huseyn Karimzade (38 kg) and Umid Aliyev (+73 kg) both earned third place.
