The 3rd CIS Games held in Azerbaijan continue.
The sambo wrestlers of the “Neftchi” Sports Club, who are part of our national team, won 2 medals at the prestigious competition. One of our representatives, Rasul Samadli (+98 kg), was awarded a silver medal. Sadig Nadirov (79 kg) took third place.
It should be noted that our club is represented by 20 athletes in 7 sports at the tournament.
It should be noted that the 3rd CIS Games, in which a total of 1,624 athletes from 13 countries participated, will conclude on October 8.
