The Grand Prix judo tournament held in Lima, the capital of Peru, has come to an end. 284 athletes (165 men, 119 women) from 49 countries competed for medals in the competition.
The judokas of the “Neftchi” Sports Club won 4 medals in the tournament. One of our athletes, Ahmad Yusifov (60 kg), suffered the pain of defeat only in the final match and had to be content with a silver medal. Konul Aliyeva (48 kg), Ruslan Pashayev (66 kg) and Omar Rajabli (81 kg) took the third place.
