Fərəc Əliyev
Faraj Aliyev was born on May 13, 1988. He graduated from Odlar Yurdu University in 2009 and from the State University of Management in Moscow in 2012. He currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union.
