Fərəc Əliyev
Faraj Zaur Aliyev was born on 13 May 1988. He graduated from Odlar Yurdu University in 2009 and from the Moscow State University of Public Administration in 2012. He serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union and acts as the Executive Director of the Club.
