The Greco-Roman wrestlers of the “Neftchi” Sports Club, who are part of the Azerbaijani national team, won 2 medals at the “Muhamet Malo” tournament held in the capital of Albania, Tirana. “Neftchi” made the final in the 63 kg weight category in the rating tournament.

In the decisive match, the representatives of our club Ziya Babashov and Sakit Guliyev faced each other. Ziya Babashov defeated his teammate and won the gold medal. Sakit Guliyev took second place.

It should be noted that earlier, one of our freestyle wrestlers, Rashid Babazade (65 kg), won the silver medal, and Arseniy Dzhioyev (86 kg) won the bronze medal.
