“Neftchi” Sports Club’s female wrestler Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) won a silver medal at the U-23 European Championship held in Zrenjanin, Serbia. Our athlete lost to Russian Amina Tandelova in the final.

Let us remind you that previously, our club’s female wrestler Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg) became the European champion. Our freestyle wrestlers Jeyhun Allahverdiyev (61 kg) and Yusif Dursunov (125 kg) won silver, and Zafar Aliyev (97 kg) won bronze.
