A billiards tournament was held among employees of state institutions, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan National Sports Types Association.

The competition took place at the Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex, with 19 male participants taking part.

Toğrul Nasirov, representing the SOCAR team (“SOCAR Polymer” Plant), defeated all his opponents and became the winner of the tournament.
