The 3rd International Rated Chess Tournament dedicated to the memory of prominent public and political figure Ganira Pashayeva has come to an end. The competition was jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, Nəfəs Public Union and Mamedyarov Chess Center. In addition to the main category, boys and girls competed in the U-8, U-10, U-12 and U-14 age groups.

Neftchi Sports Club’s young chess player Amina Amanzada continued her successful run at the tournament. Our representative won the girls’ U-8 competition.
