The 2026/2027 season of the Azerbaijan Second League kicked off today.

“Qaradağ Lökbatan” hosted “Hypers” in the opening round. The match, held at the stadium of the Qaradağ Training and Sports Base in the Lökbatan settlement, was played in an entertaining and fiercely contested manner. In the end, the team coached by head coach Amit Guluzada defeated their ambitious opponents 2-1.
