At present, four sports facilities operate under the structure of the “Neftçi Sports Club”: the Tofiq Ismayilov Olympic Training and Sports Complex, the Garadagh Training and Sports Base, the Mashal Sports Complex, and the Sumgayit Training and Sports Hall. These facilities provide free-of-charge services to thousands of teenagers, young people, and oil industry workers across 26 different sports disciplines.
In addition, the club’s futsal, basketball, and volleyball teams compete in the Premier League, while its “Garadagh Lokbatan” football team competes in the Second League. More than 300 children are also learning the fundamentals of football at the club’s Youth Football School.
Thanks to its outstanding achievements, the club was awarded the title of “Best Sports Society of the Year” by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan seven consecutive times between 2007 and 2013, and on several further occasions in subsequent years. These accomplishments serve as clear evidence of “Neftçi Sports Club” being the leading sports society in the country.
