Akif Orujov
Akif Fazil Orujov was born on 11 August 1982. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2004. He serves as the Head of the Human Resources, Legal and General Affairs Department of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union.
