Emil Karimov
Emil Baris Karimov was born on 28 March 1980. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2001, professional development studies at the Academy of Public Administration in 2007, and obtained his master’s degree from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom in 2014. He has over 15 years of professional experience in various international organizations and state institutions. He serves as the Head of the International Relations and Partnership Department of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union.
