Emil Karimov
Emil Baris Karimov, born on March 28, 1980, completed his bachelor’s degree at Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2001. He subsequently undertook advanced professional training at the Academy of Public Administration in 2007 and obtained a master’s degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, in 2014.
He possesses over 15 years of extensive professional experience gained across a range of international organizations and government institutions. He currently holds the position of Head of the Sports Development Department at the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union.
