The opponent of the “Neftchi” basketball team in the qualification round of this season’s FIBA Europe Cup has been determined. According to the results of the draw held today in Munich, Germany, our team will face Estonia’s “Parnu” club. If our representative advances through this stage, the team will be placed in Group H and continue its campaign in the group stage of the FIBA Europe Cup.

The potential opponents in Group H are Bulgaria’s “Lokomotiv Plovdiv”, Romania’s “CSM CSU Raiffeisen Oradea”, Switzerland’s “Fribourg Olympic Basket”, Latvia’s “VEF Riga”, and Greece’s “Mykonos BC”.

It should be noted that “Neftchi” Sports Club was represented at the draw ceremony by Executive Director Faraj Aliyev and Head of the Sports Development Department Emil Karimov.
