Neftchi SOCAR has advanced to the quarterfinals of the FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series Tokyo Stop.

In today’s opening group-stage game, the Azerbaijani side defeated the United States national team 18–13. In its second and final group-stage match, Neftchi SOCAR overcame the Netherlands U-25 team by a score of 20–18.

After winning both of its group-stage matches, Neftchi SOCAR finished at the top of its group to secure a place in the quarterfinals, where it will face China’s “Beijing” club.

The quarterfinal match is scheduled to take place on August 2 at 7:00 a.m. Baku time.
