The “Heydar Aliyev Cup-2025” international tournament among junior boxers has concluded in Baku. 216 athletes from 8 countries tested their strength in the competition organized at the Baku Boxing Center. Winners were determined in 14 weight categories for boys and 9 for girls in the six-day tournament.

Representatives of the “Neftchi” Sports Club performed confidently in the competition and won 5 medals. Our junior boxers Ali Rushanov (44 kg), Saftar Mammadzadeh (80+ kg) and Aylin Nazarova (46 kg) defeated all their rivals and won the gold medal of the tournament.
