The judokas of the “Neftchi” Sports Club faced each other in the final of the “Grand Slam” tournament held in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Ahmad Yusifov, who competed in the sixty-kilogram weight category, defeated Balabay Agayev and became the winner of the “Grand Slam” tournament for the first time in his career. Balabay Agayev was awarded the silver medal of the prestigious competition.
