The Azerbaijan Youth Shooting Championship was held at the Baku Shooting Center.

In the 10-meter air pistol event (PTÇ-3), Oleg Kerzhankin of “Neftchi” Sports Club became the Azerbaijani champion with a score of 566 points. Daniel Kalmykov won the silver medal with 546 points, while Idris Garayev claimed the bronze medal with 541 points.

In the mixed team (MIX) competition of the same event, the pair of Khalida Aliyeva and Imran Garayev emerged victorious and won the tournament. Another “Neftchi” duo, Leyli Aliyeva and Oleg Kerzhankin, finished in second place.

Leyli Aliyeva also achieved success in the 25-meter pistol event (KÇTÇ), where she scored 546 points and claimed the gold medal, standing on the highest step of the podium.
