The National Championship in Pankration and Grappling, organized by the Azerbaijan MMA and Grappling Federation, was held at the “Sərhədçi” Sports Center. The competition brought together some of the country’s strongest athletes, who competed across various age groups and weight categories.

Representing “Neftçi” Sports Club, Mahmud Babayev (14–15 years old, 47 kg) and Elcan Bayramov (16–17 years old, 76 kg) delivered successful performances in the grappling competition. Both athletes secured bronze medals and finished in third place on the podium.
