Within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty”, a cycling race was held among employees of state institutions, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation. Employees of 11 state institutions competed in the tournament organized at the bicycle park. Liliya Khametova, a member of the SOCAR team, took second place among women. Jeyhun Maharramli the took third place.
