The World Oil and Gas Cup-2025 international mini-football tournament held in Baku has concluded. This prestigious competition, held for the first time, was jointly organized by Falcon Luxury Travel (Azerbaijan) and Success Sport (Oman). Leading oil and gas companies representing Asia, Africa and Europe competed in the tournament held at the “ASK Arena”.
The competition was held in two categories: Elite and Master. The Elite category included SOCAR, SOCAR-KBR, Azerigaz, Azfar Group (Azerbaijan), Petroleum Development Oman, OQ Group (Oman), Vien Group (Germany), and the Master category included ENPPI (Egypt), Vien Group (Germany), Azfar Group (Azerbaijan), Petroleum Development Oman, Abraj Energy (Oman).
The SOCAR team represented in the Elite category fought confidently in the tournament and won a silver medal.
In addition, SOCAR team member Ramil Mansurov won the “Best Player” nomination in the competition.
