The Seniors Ne-waza AJF Cup was organized. In the competition organized at the “Khilasediji” Sports and Health Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations located in the Hovsan settlement, 131 judokas (109 men, 22 women) from 42 clubs and sports societies competed for medals in 13 weight categories.

Representatives of the “Neftchi” Sports Club Nihad Mamishov (60 kg) and Nariman Mirzayev (73 kg) won the bronze medal of the tournament.It should be noted that in judo, Ne-waza skills allow athletes to develop and improve their ground (parterre) techniques during matches. These skills play an important role in the formation of important strategies for both evading tricks and effectively defeating an opponent.
