A tournament dedicated to June 26 – Armed Forces Day was held in Gabala among U-11 football players . 8 teams competed in two groups of four in the competition.

Team of the “Neftchi” Sports Club defeated the teams “Chinar Goychay” (14:0), “Ganjlik” (7:1) and “Lokomotiv Ucar” (5:2) in the group stage and advanced to the semifinals. In this stage, our football players defeated “Zagatala City” with a score of 5:2 and advanced to the final. In the final match, our team, who faced the “Ganjlik” team again, won a 4:0 victory over their opponent and became the winner of the tournament.

It should be noted that our team member Muhammed Mammadli was named the best player of the tournament.
