Another boxer from the “Neftchi” Sports Club has qualified for the round of 16 of the world championship held in Liverpool, England. Our athlete Murad Allahverdiyev (80 kg) has entered the round of 16. He eliminated Albanian Amar Kochi from the fight – 4:1 (30:27, 29:28, 29:28, 28:29, 30:27). Our boxer will face Hungarian Filip Akilov in his second match on September 9.
It should be noted that previously, another representative of our club, Saidjamshid Jafarov (75 kg), also qualified for the round of 16.
