Today, the 20th round of the Futsal Premier League and the final match of the 2025–2026 season took place.

In the match held at the Baku Sports Palace, “Neftchi” faced “Araz-Nakhchivan”. The encounter, which determined the champion of the season, was played in a highly competitive and intense atmosphere. In the end, our team suffered a 2–5 defeat against their strong opponent and secured the silver medals of the Azerbaijan Championship.

It should be noted that although both teams finished the season with the same number of points, “Araz-Nakhchivan” were crowned champions due to a superior head-to-head record and other tie-breaking criteria.
