The Baku Athletics Championships for athletes born in 2009–2010 were held at the stadium of the Sports Academy.

Representatives of “Neftchi” Sports Club delivered a strong performance, winning a total of five medals at the competition.

Among our athletes, Bulbul Babayev claimed the gold medal and became the Baku champion in the high jump event. Margarita Gornostaeva earned a silver medal in the javelin throw.

Meanwhile, Alina Maksimova and Ibrahim Bandarli secured bronze medals in the shot put, while Nijat Mammadov finished third in the triple jump event.
