The 22nd International Black Sea Judo Championship was held in Samsun, Türkiye. The competition brought together 550 athletes from various cities across Türkiye and five other countries, with judokas competing across different age categories, including children and adults.

In the competition for judokas born in 2011–2012, Aghshin Nasrullayev (+90 kg), a member of the Neftçi Sports Club, won all of his bouts to claim the gold medal. Okan Karimov (55 kg) finished third and secured a bronze medal.

Meanwhile, in the competition for athletes born in 2015–2016, Nur Mammadli (32 kg) suffered defeat only in the final and was awarded the silver medal.
