The 4th Mini-Football Tournament among state institutions, dedicated to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, AFFA, and the Azerbaijan Mini-Football Federation, has concluded.
In the final match held today at the Baku Tennis Academy, SOCAR delivered an impressive performance and defeated Azərişıq 5–0 in a highly competitive encounter, becoming champions of the tournament for the first time and claiming the trophy.
Azərişıq finished in second place, while the Ministry of Justice team secured third place.
In addition, SOCAR representative Elnur Huseynov was named the Best Player of the Tournament.
It should be noted that on their road to the final, the SOCAR team drew 1–1 with the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons. All of their other matches ended in victory:

- 6–5 vs. Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO)
- 4–0 vs. Ministry of Health
- 8–2 vs. Heydar Aliyev Center

- 10–1 vs. State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations
- 3–0 vs. Ministry of Youth and Sports

- 3–1 vs. SMBDA (KOBIA)
In the knockout stage, SOCAR defeated the Ministry of Emergency Situations 2–0 in the quarterfinals and the Prosecutor General’s Office team 2–0 in the semifinals.
